Today we leave the island. To say that we are sad it doesn’t explain our feelings. Anyhow… I went to the temple and gave to my monk this gift, an usual bucket full of first necessity stuff like soap, tooth brush, toilet paper and so on. I will see him again next year.

Oggi è il nostro ultimo giorno e dire che siamo tristi non rende assolutamente l’idea. Comunque… Sono andato al tempio e ho lasciato al mio amico monaco questa tipica offerta, un bidone pieno di oggetti di prima necessità come saponette, carta igienica, spazzolino e via dicendo. Ci rivedremo il prossimo anno.
